Hello, I'm Charlotte!

Since completing a fine art degree I've always loved seeking out unusual patterns and beauty from nature, light and texture. Many a time I have been examining a flower in close-up or crouched over a pebble to try and get the best image! Flowers, leaves, clouds, light reflecting on water are some of my signature sources of inspiration.

I take photographs in my cottage garden, when I'm out on country walks, or when I get to travel to new places home or abroad.  There is nothing I like more than finding something new to photograph, all with new scarf designs in mind. 

Based on my original photograph, I work carefully to select the right balance of pattern and colour, to create a unique scarf designed for those who like individuality. I choose patterns which work with the joyful movement of silk or silk mixes, working carefully and always thinking about how you may like to wear them, so that the pattern and colour enhance any outfit.

After the design development stage each unique image is digitally printed. I choose natural fabrics like silk which are breathable and comfortable to wear. All the scarves I design are manufactured in the UK, and only a handful of each design are ever produced.
